TOPIC: FAITHFUL IN WORK

 “Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful” (1 Corinthians 4:1-2)

Your calling is not of man, it is of God, so you have to look unto him. Many people have problems in church because instead of focusing on God and his words they start looking at how people keep their faces.  It is their faces not yours and their faces cannot be your face, so concentrate and be purposeful. Stop being distracted.  Destiny is not accomplished by fine face; neither does failure come because of ugly face. Don’t allow side attraction and distraction to rob you of your strength to serve God in truth and in spirit.

In academic pursuit fulfillment of all necessary requirement for the award of certificate is necessary. You don’t go to school and become a nuisance and expect an academic certificate which is awarded both in character and academic performance. Same is applicable in the kingdom. The world of the spirit is a world of orderliness and perfection. Being faithful in your work, means serving God perfectly and orderly and by so doing you become prosperous.

 “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth” (3 John 1:2)

The soul in this context talks about the spirit realm. Any haphazard operation in the realm of the spirit will land in crisis here in the physical because the spirit world control the physical, so whatever you are doing in the house of God is more of the spiritual matter than physical.

Jesus took a business approach to every service and responsibility he rendered. He gave a business approach to everything. He woke up early to pray and he prayed all night on the mount. If  a business man/woman refuses to go out because of rain, will that not be to the detriment of his business?.

MEDITATION:

I position my thought pattern to align myself into God’s plan.

PRAYER:

1. O Lord, the strength of my salvation, deliver me from every attack on my spiritual growth in Jesus name.
2. O Lord, grant not the desire of the wicked over my affairs and my family in Jesus name.

TOPIC: SERVE HIM HUMBLY 3

 “But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men”. (Philippians 2:7)

 He manifested Godly obedience through absolute humility:  “And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross”. (Philippians 2:8)

The kind of service a child of God renders when living in disobedience is unacceptable. Mary the mother of Jesus told the disciple whatever he tells you to do, do it not if it is in line with your logic and as far as the kingdom of God is concerned your reasons for not giving yourself fully to the kingdom pursuit might be logical but not lawful. And it is just logical to you because of your own theology and philosophy and it might not be logical to another person.

Restoration will change your mentality for God and the kingdom of God for good and the devil cannot deceive you again because it is time to come back to yourself and to your senses like the prodigal son.

 “I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him”. (Luke 15:18-20)

When he came back to his senses, heaven was opened unto him and he began to have new ideas, wisdom, knowledge and understanding. He  came back to himself and he sat down and draw his plan ‘I must go back to my father’ and he ask himself what will I say, I will say to him. Every confusion over your life expires now in the name of Jesus. God is giving you divine direction from now in the name of Jesus. You will not perish like others.

Any generational or foundational pattern that causes men in your family to serve God and lose focus at a certain time in their life,  backslide to their  destruction minus you in the name of Jesus. You shall follow God and whatever the devil was targeting about your service expires now. In this kingdom race there is no going back. Receive confrontational anointing to serve God and serve Him to the end. Don’t be discouraged.

“Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God’.( Hebrews 12:2)

Let the king of glory keep you joyful till the end.

MEDITATION:

The word of God has re-enforced me by revealing to me my true identity.

PRAYER:

1. I destroy every evil weapon programmed against my destiny in Jesus name.
2. I receive divine stamina to resist the devil and remain firm in Jesus name.

WEDNESDAY 13^TH JANUARY 2021

TOPIC: ACCEPTABLE SERVICES’ REQUIREMENT 

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not” (Galatians 6:7-9)

Obedience is the weapon that gives you access to the promise land:  Every child of God has rules prescribed by the Lord to follow before his/her needs are met (general and specific rules). God does not do things at random; at the wedding feast at Canaan the miracle that turned water into wine followed a simple act of obedience. The six ceremonial pots were filled with water and according to the instruction scooped and given to the governor of the feast which manifested the first miracle of Jesus. Here wine was lacking that would have brought shame but simple obedience averted the shame. No matter the situation you are going through simple obedience to divine instructions will bring you solution.

The people did not ask questions as to why they should fill the ceremonial pots with water neither did they ask why they were to scoop the water from that same pot to the governor of the feast. Their obedience was complete, orderly and not partial because God is not an author of confusion. They follow all the principles given to them by Jesus. Obedience creates ways of escape from shame and rejection.

We must look unto Jesus our perfect example:  As far as service is concerned we have to look unto Jesus (Hebrews 12:2). As you look unto Jesus you will never stumble. He will make your way straight and leads you to fields of greener pasture (abundance; celebration, lifting).

Patience is also a necessity; you have to run this race with patience, (Hebrews 12:1). Patience is a virtue and faith without patience will end in frustration.   No matter how strong that faith may be without patience it’s in vain. Don’t try to force God into certain things because of your faith level he makes all things beautiful in his time. ( Ecl. 3:11)

So there’s a time frame, an appointed time for someone’s visitation and when that times come, let all the devils gather from hell against you they cannot stop God from doing what He wants to do  when it is your time and  this is that time for you in Jesus name.

MEDITATION:

The lord is my refuge and I’m exempted from every evil manipulation.

PRAYER

1. By the power of the Holy Spirit, I cancel every satanic decrees, injunctions and embargo projected against me in Jesus name.
2. By the authority of Jesus, I arrest every monitoring spirit over my destiny in Jesus name.

TOPIC: SERVE HIM WITH HONOUR

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. You need to serve God and when we serve him with our entire being it means we are honoring God and when we don’t serve him with the whole of our soul, spirit and body it therefore means we are dishonoring Him. Honor beget Honor, what you sow is what you reap (Gal. 6:7)

So if we serve God with the entirety of our being which means honoring God, then God will in turn honor us. We won’t cry looking for the honor of men, “For promotion [cometh] neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south” (Psalm 75:6)

Let people despise you but when you honor God and God in turn decide to honor you, those who use to look down on you will start looking for how to locate you. Remember Elisha and Elijah with the other sons of the prophet. Elisha did not have the revelation but other sons of the prophet had but they couldn’t do anything with their revelation instead they were mocking him. (2 Kings 2:1-14)

While you are serving God don’t listen to the voices of people, because in service what you want to see is what you will see. And you should also know that in life what you see is what you pursue.

Everything in you, that thing that makes you strong and thick, that thing that makes you who you are, it could be your talent, your might, that thing is your strength.  It could also be your academic attainment, and that is also your strength, it could be your marital status, your political status etc so what do you do, invest that your strength because that is your might, don’t allow your might or whatever constitute your might to separate you from God through pride because without him we can do nothing.

“As the heart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God” (Psalm 42:1) Get to a point in your life where your heart pant for God even In the mist of every challenges your soul should still be thirsty and, longing to have fellowship with the him. Never see to become another person, maintain your originality in God.

God knows us no matter the number of person’s working in the house of God. He blesses people individually and not congregationally. And he blesses us when we have fulfilled the entire necessary requirement. Observe that before you are given academic certificate you must complete the necessary requirement how much more the creator of the universe. And you know that even in the natural world that they are some lecturer you can’t bribe, you can bribe men but you can’t bribe God.

And to some of us, the things we do in the house of God are like spiritual bribery which does not work. Example staying  for months without  paying  tithe when a particular problem occurs you suddenly ran to God and remember to pay tithe, this is one of the ways people try to bribe  God. Be consistence in your service

Most of us have been trying to manipulate God through the things we do, which is a very serious spiritual crime because we are created for His pleasure. the big question now is How many times have we been trying to bribe God when we sense danger or when it appear there’s something we are expecting from Him?  Show me someone who have been following God and fulfilling the necessary requirement in time and in season, when anything happens that person will not be thrown off-balance, and will not  begin to struggle because he has confidence and assurance in his God

MEDITATION:

The Holy Ghost is at work in me leading me on my way.

PRAYER:

1. By the victory that I have in Christ, I overcome every obstacle on my path in the mighty name of Jesus.
2. By the power of the Holy Ghost, I come against every misinterpretation of the leading of the Holy Ghost in my life in the mighty name of Jesus

TOPIC: FOLLOW HIM IN SERVICE 2

If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour. (John 12:26)

Where God is now will takes the grace of God upon your life through service with a willing heart to get there so that you can also have rest, peace because He’s seated at the right hand side of the father. To follow we need God because our life is hid in Christ and Christ in GOD.

Serving can strengthen your dwelling in Him and can also guarantee your dwelling in His presence. “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty” (Psalm 91:1)

The power that used to look for you and sometimes deals badly with you after today, they shall look for you in their microscope, satellite but they won’t have access again to your life and every power that use to take you at will and devastate your destiny, after now they shall search you with their search light but they shall not get you because the wall of fire is raised around you and the power of God rises around you, the blood of Jesus shall reign as a wall of defend around you in the name of Jesus.  Henceforth your sleep shall be sweet and nothing shall torment you again in the name of Jesus.

Kingdom service and fake worship do not mix: If you must serve God qualitatively for a trans- generational dividend then we must drop fake worship.

What do we mean by fake worship?  Jesus says this people shows concern with their lips; but their heart is far from me. (Matthew 15:7-8 ) Child of God, let me ask you this question who has stolen your heart from the Lord? That’s why the bible instructs us “Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let [them] slip”( Hebrews 2:1)

Child of God, there are things you hear that has the capacity and ability to pull your heart away from the Lord. And the first demand God places on us before any other thing is “My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways” (Proverbs 23:26)

He didn’t say give me your money but your heart. The greatest requirement for kingdom service that will profit you is not all about your life possession but God needs your heart. Jesus says their heart is far from me, that’s saying something else with the mouth and planning something else with their heart. Just like a lawmaker in the Senate, House of Representative and House of Assembly whose heart with the devil, reasoning things in consonance with the dictate of the devil yet he/she is saying some good and pleasant things with the mouth. May this never be your portion in the mighty name of Jesus.

What makes you think that God does not see our heart? God knows even what you have and will ever say. He’s our maker, so nothing takes him by surprise. That is why we should always be on the watch, praying and interceding for ourselves because though he knows certain things will happen that might stop you from being in his presence. But if you begin to work and do the needful then God will lift every circumstance that might have want to stop you before the time comes.  But when we don’t work, we keep God’s hands tied.

Humanity is the heart, “For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also” (Matthew 6:21)

So you can’t say your heart is for the kingdom of God and the house of God and your substances or your treasure is somewhere else. NO! Because where your heart is, that’s where you will invest your treasure. Treasure of love, care, concern, time, energy, these are some treasures that money cannot buy, the material and financial treasure all these are treasures we invest  if our heart is given to something. When a man’s heart is in the things of the kingdom he is jealous and zealous for it .

 “And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, [even] I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away” (  1 Kings 19:10)

He calls us His bride and He is our bridegroom, when we get to a level of relationship where we are no longer jealous of our bridegroom then something is wrong. Matthew 25:5-13 recorded that “While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

But the wise answered, saying, [Not so]; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh”

MEDITATION:

I receive divine insight and the grace to break forth on every side.

PRAYER:

1. Holy Spirit, empower me with spiritual energy to run this Christian race in Jesus name.
2. Every red sea on my way to fulfill destiny dry up in the mighty name of Jesus.

TOPIC: FOLLOW HIM IN SERVICE

If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour. (John 12:26)

It takes following the Lord in truth and in spirit to render acceptable service: You might have been asking how ‘I can render acceptable service to God’. Now hear this; you do that by following Him in truth and in spirit.

So if you are to give quality and acceptable service to God you have to follow him by the word, in the word and through the word so that you would know the principles of serving him, the mode of operation, so as to avoid shooting over the bar or miss firing.

He made mention of his servant, not the members of the church, he said where I’m there shall my servant be. So it takes following and we are not by any means saying that you should spend all the days of the week in the church but you have to make out time for him, to receive instruction on how to follow him.

Now look at Judas Iscariot if he was to be available always with the rest of the disciples he wouldn’t have done what he did, but you know each time the disciple of Jesus gather with the master he (Judas) was so busy somewhere so that most of the things he would have heard he did not hear and by so doing he started hearing the voice of the serpent and the devil used him.

You may think Judas had to do what he did so that the master might die, no.  God would have raise somebody outside the circle of the disciples to betray the master, it wouldn’t have been one of the disciples but because this one was not always available to hear.  When they were having communion he was so busy and may you never be so busy with your schedule that you can’t be in His presence so that you can hear just that word that will help you escape satanic manipulations and remain a conqueror all through the year and beyond.

It is of the Lords mercy that we are not consumed, the mercy of God is new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23)

Everyday strange and profitable revelation keeps coming out via the Word so as to keep us fit and suitable for what he has called us to do and may God help you in Jesus name

According to Romans 10: 1-3, they have the zeal to work for God but not according to knowledge, but they don’t know how to follow God so as to know how to serve God. Ignorance should not be used as excuse here.  Excuses might make meaning in our mouth but in the world of the spirit which is the world of orderliness and perfection it doesn’t count. What happen in the world of the spirit determines what happen to us in the physical realm.

There are many people who have recorded success but before they understood what happened everything they have built up collapses, why because those things where not rooted in the realm of the spirit but were only built in the physical realm. So God is a spirit and he who follows him or worship him must do it in truth and in spirit. It takes a spiritual understanding of God’s heart beat for us to know how to serve him so that we might be blessed.  Receive that knowledge now in the name of Jesus.

MEDITATION:

I received divine strength to finish my purpose well Jesus name.

PRAYER:

1. I come against every spiritual contamination in my bloodline in the mighty name of Jesus.
2. I come against every activities of darkness that wants to cripple my destiny in the mighty name of Jesus.
