TOPIC: NO ROOM FOR RETIREMENT
In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.
(Luke 1:74-75)
There’s no room for retirement in kingdom service, you should not grow to a level where you said am too old for the things of the kingdom or I can’t serve God. Remember Zechariah the father of John the Baptist and his wife Elizabeth, they were stricken in age, very old but Zechariah was still in the temple carrying out his duty, he was always at his duty post.
Old age has nothing to do with kingdom service; there should be no time were you say I want to retire.
You should not say I have been here all this while so it is time for others in the house of God to work, remember you can’t do that even in government service (because you where employed twenty years ago does not mean when new people come, you tell them take my place let me retire before time, NO) your secret prayer should be in this kingdom pursuit may nobody take my place.
Arise and be at your duty post. God is releasing grace to help you do whatever you were not able to do naturally by your personal strength and ability. So don’t plan on how to retire from kingdom service.
That we might serve Him all the days of our lives, no retirement, as long as we are alive, kingdom services makes you look younger, stronger every day.
They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31 ) and it is good you be reminded that nobody can serve God better than the way you used to serve him.
There’s a way He sees your service which no other person has the capacity to do it for Him, we are all unique in our services to him. So when He doesn’t see you he feels bad because He values your services.
MEDITATION:
The blood of Jesus has delivered me from every ancestral blood covenant that wants me to retire before my time.
PRAYER:
1. I decree deliverance to every area of my life that was invaded by ancestral blood covenant in the mighty name of Jesus.
2. By the authority of God, I flush out every contamination from my bloodline that wants to hinder my destiny in Jesus name.
