Serve Him Humbly 2

WONDERWORLD CAPSULES BY Apostle Jordan Akada

SATURDAY 16TH JANUARY 2021

TOPIC: SERVE HIM HUMBLY 2

“He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth”. (Isaiah 53:7)

With all the, powers of heaven, Jesus was oppressed by His enemies and He didn’t struggle, what a depth of humility? Anyone who is void of humility and meekness will always meet with shame because there’s nobody who will show him/her his error or mistakes. These are avoidable mistakes that generate miscarriage of destiny.

A humble person will always avoid pitfalls because of adherence to divine instructions and rebuke. Some of us are so arrogant and un-teachable and we make shipwreck of our destiny.

Jesus gave up his divine privileges and dignity and was born like any other child. So for us to serve God acceptably we need to lay down our crowns. Many people serve God today with their substances not necessarily for God to be glorified but to be recognized and given a front seat or position in the house of God. This is not service but gambling with their crown still on their head which yields no reward.

These set of people manipulate their pastors and hypnotized them with gift and eye service. Unfortunately, a lot of pastors and church leaders have fallen prey. They become controllers and distracters in the house of God when given positions/ office. Beloved with this mentality we have calculated God out of everything.

Let the backbone of such evil rulership and control over every child/ servant of God be broken in the name of Jesus. Let the evil spell cast over such congregation and the servant of God be broken by fire. Be loosed from their band of captivity.

Seek to serve God and not vain glory. Serve him diligently because ignorance has never been accepted as an excuse anywhere. Our services is unto God wherever you find yourself (whatever you do to the least of my brother that you did for me, Matt. 25;40)

“But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him”( Hebrews 11:6)

MEDITATION:
The word of the Lord is a gift unto me for salvation.

PRAYER:
1. Lord, teach me to give in your kingdom with all my heart in the name of Jesus.
2. Lord, establish me and make me a blessing in your kingdom in Jesus name.
