WHAT DO YOU HAVE

For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath. (Mark 4:25)

Those things you have may no devil take it away from you. It might not be qualified before men but to God it is greater. What is that thing that you have that you think is so insignificant? If you value whatever God has given to you, that is your own no matter how Insignificant you find it. The wedding at Cana there was no wine. It was declared they have no wine. Though they have no wine but they have water pots and there was water. If they have thought in their heart, why do we not have wine in abundance like others? Maybe in their frustration they would have broken the pots or vandalize the water source. Something must have told them to value their water pot. It never occurred to them that those pots could be turn to winery. Which was never in the bible from Genesis.

In this context they never had an idea. They never joke with what they have. There are many things God has given to us but since there in no use of it we might not attach importance to it.

Whatever God has given to us let us place value. You are a gift to this ministry. You are an added advantage to this ministry. You are a divine investment planted in this ministry don’t destroy your life.

From the above scripture in mark 4:25, It means the person that has this small thing, did not place value and it will be taken away. Something will just happen to cause this generation to know that we have something. If the enemy did not come to fight the Gileadite they wouldn’t look for Jephthah. Something will happen in the Nations of the earth to call for what we have.

And it fell on a day, that Elisha passed to Shunem, where [was] a great woman; and she constrained him to eat bread. And [so] it was, [that] as oft as he passed by, he turned in thither to eat bread. And she said unto her husband, Behold now, I perceive that this [is] an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually. Let us make a little chamber, I pray thee, on the wall; and let us set for him there a bed, and a table, and a stool, and a candlestick: and it shall be, when he cometh to us, that he shall turn in thither. And it fell on a day, that he came thither, and he turned into the chamber, and lay there. ..(2Kings 4:8-17) This gesture finally brought a son to the woman which was what she was lacking in life. Value what you have it will surely speak in due season.

Meditation:

I choose to remain focus even in the face of challenges because grater is he that is in me than the challenges I faced.
