DEALING WITH DIVIDED LOYALTY 2

The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness! No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Matt. 6: 22-24
The light of the body is the eye. A sound eye is a sound mind because your mind is the eye of the spirit. Judas was with the Lord yet his attention and mind was divided, while others were with the Master, he always sneaks out with wonderful and acceptable excuses. One side of his ear was for the teaching of his master Jesus while the other side of his ear was for the teaching of the Pharisees.
It doesn’t matter how you pretend, it will show because the Bible say you will hate one and love the other. You will be devoted to one and despised the other. It is dangerous to the victim if the one you are despising is the one you claim to be devoted to. Your works are questionable, it just a question of time, it will speak.
Divided loyalty means attempting to serve two masters, it is attempting because the word of God says you CANNOT serve two masters. It is not possible for one to despise where he claims to be devoted to and at the same time and be promoted in life. When things are not working the way you like you have to tell God, that God is faithful, you are the cause of whatever is happening to you.
when direct or indirect complain and murmuring proceeds out from leadership, the whole system is corrupted.
Total or complete loyalty is a principal qualification for kingdom leadership. Qualification for leadership on the basis of gifting, talent and charisma may fail.
MEDITATION:
I operate in the fullness of the manifestation of God’s power.
PRAYERS:
1. By evidence of the word of God in me, all forms of confusion and frustration disappear in Jesus name.
2. I consume by fire every power that wants to disconnect me from God’s time in Jesus name.
