Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit therefore. (Proverb 18:21)
A handful of people curse themselves indirectly by the words they speak, everybody on earth has the power of life and death, blessing and cursing, in the word they say and the words they allow others to say about them, their children, marriages, business etc.
The world was made by the spoken word of God and as such words has the power to activate the blessings of the Lord and at the same time words can block the blessing of the Lord from getting To Whom It May Concern.
The kingdom life is the life of faith and faith comes by hearing the word of God despite the situation you find yourself. That you have no money to execute most of the projects you desire to execute now doesn’t mean you are poor. The word of God is good news to the world. God’s ultimate desire for mankind is for us to reap blessings and prosperity.
Most people fail to understand that the power of the tongue is not just limited to speaking positive words and seeing positive things happen,. When we speak negative words, it also triggers negative things to happen.
The word of God contains positive words of life, so speak positively over your future, marriage, business, and career and enjoy the fruit of the tongue.
MEDITATION: the word of God in my mouth is my new language.
PRAYER:
1. I come against every power that wants to manipulate me to say negatives things about myself in Jesus name.
2. I declare that every word of God that I declare over my life shall come to pass in Jesus name.

And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples. And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out. And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it, Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.

For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side, And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation. (Luke 19:39-44)

 

Everyday God makes available to us opportunities, but we miss them because they don’t come in the manner we tend to expect. Divine opportunities do not locate us based on our religious routine.

Time waits for no man, all that you do with time today determines your tomorrow. All great achievers and successful people are those who have been able to gain control over their time by identifying and seizing the moment. Time is life itself. your time is as precious as your life, don’t waste it.

WHAT DOES SEIZING THE MOMENT MEAN:

  • Having personal knowledge and experience as well as knowing the ways of the Lord.

Some people have historical experience when it has to do with God. But When you know God experientially; you will know when He is passing by.

  • Righteous Risk Taking: To be a kingdom risk taker, you must be a man of faith. There is never going to be a time without the storm of life. Therefore weather through the storm (2corin.5:7).
  • Having a good and godly imagination about the Lord, His kingdom, His house and His servants

(Nahum 1:9; 1:11)

  • It involves the spirit of punctuality: Punctuality will never be until faith, hope, passion for God and the things of God are in place (2Chro.20:20-24)
  • Having a servant heart (Psalm 89:20-24)
  • Meekness and Humility (James 4;6)
  • It involves being led by the spirit ( 5:16) To walk in the spirit means walking in the Word(1 Cor. 2:10)
  • Have an obedient heart. Most times we obey God according to the negative content of our heart

 

MEDITATION: I refuse to depart from the instruction of the word of God pertaining my life, career marriage and ministry.

PRAYER:      

  1. By the authority of Jesus I command every spirit of disobedience that wants to make me depart from the ways of the Lord to be consumed by fire in Jesus name.
  2. By the power of the Holy Spirit I receive strength to remain strong in this kingdom race in Jesus name.

Topic: CONTINUING IN THE WORD OF GOD

 

But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. Jeremiah 31:33

The three Hebrew boys refused to be negatively influenced by the culture, tradition, politics, religion, and the social lifestyle of the Babylonians. They rather held unto the principles of God’s kingdom. Daniel 6:4-5. I pray that God shall give you righteous boldness to say no where you should say no in the name of Jesus. Jeremiah 31:33,

They continued in the word of God and that made it possible for them to manifest excellence, righteous boldness, power and authority. They showed commitment to the covenant they had established with God. They could also manifest heaven on earth causing the will of God to be established in a strange land.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO CONTINUE IN THE WORD OF GOD (JOHN 8:31).

1. To abide in the Word of God. John 12:46. When you abide in the word of God; you won’t abide in darkness, you will rather escape from darkness. Isa. 60:3, John 15:4 – abiding in the word means dwelling in me, dwell in the word so that you can bear fruits, and you can manifest the kingdom lifestyle here on earth.

2. To meditate in the word of God. Ps. 1:2-3, Joshua 1:8.

3. To preach the word of God. As a teacher, your classroom is your pulpit, as a mechanic, your workshop is your pulpit, so preach from there 2Timothy 4:2, Rom. 10:8-10, Rev. 12:11. If you are not fed by the word; you can’t be reproved and rebuked. Exhort with long suffering and every doctrine. The word of testimony is the word of salvation which is the word of God – gospel of emancipation. The greatest testimony of a believer is the salvation of his/her soul.

Revelation 12:11. “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death”

4. To obey the word of God. Mark 4:4 Acts 5:29. Haggi 1:10-12. When curses begin to operate in a man’s life, it brings his sense of judgment to zero level. Curses go with territorial spirit, familiar spirit and ancestral spirit. So when these three dimensions of demonic operation possess a person’s heart; it could take a year or more for such a person to realize himself and return to his true self.

MEDITATION: I receive inexhaustible grace to dwell in the word of God.

PRAYER:
1. Lord, have mercy on me, forgive me and let the circle of curses be broken in my life.

2. Father, I declare that I am tired of spiritual laziness, have mercy on me in Jesus name.

Topic: TOO BIG TO BE FRUSTRATED

And they said unto Jephthah, Come, and be our captain, that we may fight with the children of Ammon. And Jephthah said unto the elders of Gilead, Did not ye hate me, and expel me out of my father’s house? and why are ye come unto me now when ye are in distress?
And the elders of Gilead said unto Jephthah, Therefore we turn again to thee now, that thou mayest go with us, and fight against the children of Ammon, and be our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead. And Jephthah said unto the elders of Gilead, If ye bring me home again to fight against the children of Ammon, and the LORD deliver them before me, shall I be your head? And the elders of Gilead said unto Jephthah, The LORD be witness between us, if we do not so according to thy words. (Judges 11:6-10).
God is interested in that situation that lacks the substance to make you fulfill destiny. The situation may have placed some limitations on you by way of the conditions or activities that characterize such situation.
Circumstances of life could make people to see you as unfit and unqualified for the manifestation of your pursuit.
At such instance, you don’t need to communicate with people who don’t think the way you do. When you associate with people whose attitude towards you compels you to be discouraged and feel disappointed in yourself which is equivalent to dimming your light. When you dim the source of your light by putting your trust on the promises of men; you run out of illumination and you become frustrated.
Life is full of people who are ever ready to mock you when you make mistakes and they may stop at anything just to ensure that they force you or manipulate you to make mistakes that can lead to frustration.

THINGS TO DO TO OVERCOME FRUSTRATION

1. Avoid abusive statement. Psalm 1:1 When the value of a thing is not known; abuse is inevitable.
a. Understand that your worth is not in your condition but in the word of God.
b. Run to God for direction. (Psalm 23:3)
God’s direction makes you a director, seek God’s face and learn to know and hear what he wants you to do per time.
c. Be diligent in your pursuit: get busy with profitable work, work on yourself and get prepared for tomorrow.
 Preparation time is not a wasted time.
d. Partner with those who believe in you and what you will become tomorrow: get close to people who understand your vision because when you sit down with people who don’t believe that you are anything, you will end up becoming nothing.
e. Be transparent in your relationship with people: good relationship creates good opportunity no matter the condition.
MEDITATION:
I refuse to look down on myself because am too big to be frustrated.
PRAYER:
1. Lord prove my mockers wrong in Jesus name.
2. I decree total escape upon my life from the captivity of the wicked in Jesus name.

Topic: DON’T MISS YOUR TIME OF VISITATION

To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up. (ECC.3:1-3)
Time is the greatest gift God has given to humanity because in it contains all the packages and events as programmed by God for man. Time is so important that there is a time to be born as well as a time to die. However, history has a way of calculating and recording the time each person spends on earth.
Time is investment; time is given as a yardstick by which we measure the pursuit of our purpose. That you are crying today doesn’t mean you won’t smile tomorrow, and the fact that you are jobless today doesn’t mean that you won’t be an employer of labour, it’s just a matter of time.
Different time is allotted to different people according to Gods plan for their life.
Times and seasons exist when men encounter delay, disappointment, embarrassment, torment, hardship, pain etc. There is also a time when people don’t appreciate or recognize what you do irrespective of how good and noticeable it may appear.
The good news is that, God wants you to learn about life experientially in your journey to the fulfillment of your destiny. When God is set to answer you; it may not require you tears or prayers. Don’t lose your heart because of what you are going through, your time in God’s agenda is still intact. Things are working for your good to the glory of God. He hath made everything beautiful in his time… (Ecc.3:11)
MEDITATION:
I operate in the fullness of the manifestation of God’s time.
PRAYERS:
1. By evidence of the word of God in me, all forms of confusion and frustration disappear in Jesus name.
2. I consume by fire every power that wants to disconnect me from God’s time for my life in Jesus name.

Topic: SUCCEEDING VIA THE WORD

 

In all labour there is profit, but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury (Prov. 14:23).

 

The only thing that creates a difference between you, and the crying world, is the word of God. Your worth in life is traceable to the word reservoir of your heart. The word in you creates a world for you.

 

Your ability to carry the Word enhances and boosts your capacity. Outside the word of God, you could be going with abilities without capacity. Capacity keeps your ability going. It is capacity that makes the difference between one man’s ability and another.

 

You must be a word- carrier for you to bring sanity into your pursuit/career. To get success from the word, you must take the word as your lamp (Psalm 119:105)

 

Allow the word of God to be the light directing your path as the burning, shinning and consuming light.

 

Let the word of God be your mirror: mirror literally tells you how you look, it shows whether or not you are well kept. It gives you a reassurance of your physique. The word of God tells you who you are, shows you your mistakes, areas of strength and gives you confidence. Carry the word of God as your helmet (Eph 6:17)

 

Avoid Partial or Total disobedience (Proverbs 4:20)  Learn to obey the word of God totally. Divine instruction may not be pleasant to your sense of hearing. Your own instruction may not have a point of reference. It may be hard and difficult, but it is possible. Most divine instructions could sound stupid and foolish to human sense of reasoning, but to God, they are compass or guide to fulfilling purpose.

 

You must know where you are going. Have a mindset that knows no retirement. A mindset of “Backward Never, Forward Ever”.

Don’t create a permanent atmosphere for a temporary condition. Don’t make a mountain out of an anthill. Learn to make the most use of the Word in every situation and season of your life.

 

MEDITATION:

The word of God is my gateway to success.

 

PRAYER:

1. Every conspiracy aimed at sinking my destiny, be frustrated in the mighty name of Jesus.

 

2. Oh God, unlock my understanding to know what to do per time in the name of Jesus.

And these signs shall follow them that believe; in my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues. Mark 16:17

 

Don’t forget that you are fearfully and wonderfully made and by reason of this marvelous wonders of God in your life, people shall change their confession because of you; they shall change their mind and perception concerning life because of the see able manifestation of wonders demonstrating.

His wonders means the actualization of the Goodness of God in you which will cause you not to be in a position where you struggle to defend yourself again because there’s someone who is defending you and his name is Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

 

He’s your advocate, solicitor, and your judge. When you continue in demonstrating that power I gave to you against unclean Spirit then are ye my disciple

 

“Jesus gathered his twelve disciples and imparted to them authority to cast out demons and to heal every sickness and every disease” (Matthew 10:1)

 

One of the characteristics of love is giving, so He gave it to you because he Loves you, He gave you power against every unclean Spirit as seen in today’s lead scripture.

 

Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven. Luke 10:20.

 

Revelation 21:21-25. And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. God is saying why you are here you carry heaven.

 

MEDITATION: The spirit of the Lord is filling me with power.

 

PRAYER:

1. Every unclean Spirit contracted from my family that is tormenting my destiny what are you waiting for? I have been given power against you in Jesus name.

 

2. I come against every power hindering my demonstration of kingdom power and wonders in the mighty name of Jesus.

Topic: WHY GOD CHOSE YOU

 

 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people, that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light (1Peter 2:9).

 

It is important for every believer to acknowledge that he/she is chosen as a generation to manifest the peculiarity of his kingdom. In the New Testament, every child of God who’s born again is a priest in their own capacity according to the grace of God upon his/her  life.

To manifest royalty in the priesthood is about manifesting your kingship, influence, affluence, wealth, prosperity, abundance, and authority that you are entitle to. Royalty is a sum of money paid by an oil or MINING company to the owner of the land that they are working on. The principal work of a priest is intercession.

So God is saying that there’s something in you the devil has stolen from you which is royalty and you are left with only intercession (responsibility) but today your royalty is restored in Jesus name.

 

To manifest as a holy nation; you must have the heart of a servant because you could be entrusted with task that is demanding. Romans 1:1-4. Declare to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead. You need power that is not just for miracles.

One might be performing miracles without the power of God because Satan also performs fake miracles (magic). We know that God performs Miracles and since God performs miracles, His word makes you powerful from today and your world is filled with power in Jesus name.

 

As a peculiar people, the devil is so afraid of your peculiarity. That is why he brings so many things to make you look small, that is why he brings a lot of things to make you look feel inferior.; People who carry your kind of talent  are not many, your own is baptized with the Holy Ghost. Do you know that God made you peculiar so whatever he wants to do for you will be peculiar.

 

MEDITATION: The word of God has granted me divine sanctification, endorsement and certification.

 

PRAYER:

1. Lord, thank you for choosing me to your glorious life of eternity.

 

2. I come against every spirit of fake comfort that wants to make me comfortable with the status quo in Jesus name.

Topic: MANIFESTING KINGDOM LIFESTYLE 2

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as [it is] in heaven. Matthew 6:10.

 

The truth is that every kingdom has a king and every king has his subjects (Citizens of the kingdom). Every kingdom is led, directed or guided by a constitution. The constitution of that kingdom spots out the mode of operation in that kingdom.

The constitution comes to frame a pattern or lifestyle for every citizen. So when Jesus says ‘if you continue in my word’ He’s saying if you are to manifest the kingdom lifestyle; you must be guided, guarded, and directed by the constitution which is the word of God. This kingdom lifestyle is a lifestyle of power – 2 Corinthians 4:1-2

 

When we talk about ministry, it does not necessarily refer to being a Pastor as some people may assume.  The  day you accept Christ into your life; God gives you a Ministry, your own might be giving of alms ,supporting kingdom work financially, encouraging people, creating time to pray for others etc.

By receiving the new life of Christ which comes with a responsibility, you are anointed with a corresponding energy to help you when it appears everything is turning against you, when it appears the wind is blowing against you, when delay seems to set in concerning your destiny, and when it appears disappointment is about to slap you,  You don’t faint, you are not tired, you don’t give up, you don’t relax but press on, you keep going not by your own physical strength or ability but by the power of God through the Holy Ghost “Thou shall receive power after the Holy Ghost come upon you and you shall represent me”

 

Events and situations could tell you that you are the tail. “Thy kingdom come and thy will be done on earth” i.e., your Word concerning my status in life is that, i am the head though I might not have anything to show for it now; but I remain the head so I have to start excising my headship. God wants us to manifest God’s best in every area of our lives.

 

Crave to manifest kingdom lifestyle because the whole world is looking up to you for solution – Romans 8:19.

 

MEDITATION: The word of God in me has made me relevant in life as a problem solver.

 

PRAYER:

1. Lord, help me to be a blessing to my generation in Jesus name.

 

2. Lord, let your glory upon my life draw people to your kingdom in Jesus name.
