WEDNESDAY 20TH JULY 2022
And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord; And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord; and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears. Isaiah 11:2-3
It is not hearing that matters but understanding what you have heard. It is lack of understanding that makes men go to church and still run to witch doctors for solution. Every message you hear and understand should be backed up with instant action.
Where there is no action means there was no understanding. If you must understand, you must live under (in obedience, in line with) the Word of God while God stand. If you don’t know the word and not applying the word and the consequences of not applying the word you can’t fear God. Putting the word into action and acting the word is understanding. Quick understanding gives you the ear of the spirit.
MEDITATION:
The word of the Lord is the pathway to my greatness.
PRAYERS:
1. Every spirit of misinterpretation of God’s word in me be scattered by the blood of Jesus in Jesus name.
2. Every evil pattern in my lineage contending with my Word be terminated by the blood of Jesus.
