Believing And Trusting My Man Of God Will Yield Dividends

 
THURSDAY 18TH NOVEMBER 2021
 
And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. (2chronicles 20:20)
 
In your service to God with your man of God, anybody who discourages you from serving Gods servant and the hand maid of God will disconnect you from your destiny.( Ephesians 5:6-8) Be wise! Shall we continue like this?
 
The encounter between the woman and Elisha:
 
1. The man asked, what do you have in the house. Save a pot of oil the woman replied. A test of sincerity on the path of the woman. She almost tow the path of her husband we have nothing but mercy helped her to remember the bottle of oil.
 
Each time you meet with your man of God there is bound to be a test of your sincerity. There has to be sincerity of speech, sincerity of purpose, sincerity of service. Is it from your heart and how deep. Is it godly?
 
2. Go and borrow vessels borrow many not a few. Test of obedience in spite of former negative experiences because her husband borrowed & died.
 
3. Closed the door behind you when the vessels are brought into the house. Closed the door upon thee and upon thy sons. Test of confidentiality. There is a level of closeness with your man of God and he says things which others are not privileged to hear. Can she/he keep secret, secret.
 
4. Pour the oil in the borrowed vessels test of trust and absolute believe in an unusual dimension. No argument in the heart, no doubt.
 
MEDITATION:
Draw nigh unto my soul & redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies.
 
PRAYER:
1. According to Jeremiah 17:9 Lord deliver me from the deceitfulness of my heart and heal my heart in Jesus name.
 
2. Oh Lord, give me a new heart in the name of Jesus.
