WHY THE LIFE OF PURITY?

Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart (2 Timothy 2:22).
It is God’s will that we should be sanctified. Sanctification affects every department of our lives. God is looking for young people who will flee from youthful lust. He is looking for middle aged folk who will show by their lifestyle and behavior, that God’s way is the best way. “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:16).
He is looking for older folks who will set an example of godliness, of what it really means to have a clean heart. “To show yourself in all respect to be a model of good works and in your teaching show integrity and dignity” (Titus 2:7). A life of purity causes you to stand out from the world, like a diamond against black velvet.
MEDITATION: I am made for signs and wonders therefore my light must shine before men because I receive wisdom.
PRAYERS:
1. Abba father, the crown of the anointing is upon me therefore let the priesthood of divination expire and backfire in my life in the name of Jesus.
2. Abba father, in the name of Jesus let my star shine profitably and attract angelic assistance in the name of Jesus. My good works shall no longer attract mean men but noble kings in the name of Jesus.
