THINGS WE MUST KNOW ABOUT SPIRITUAL MATURITY 2

THURSDAY 29TH SEPTEMBER, 2022

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God [is] faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear [it]  (1 Corinthians 10:13)

Spiritual Maturity delivers you from magnifying and enlarging your challenges.

Spiritual maturity helps you to know that whatever you are going through is what you were destined to go through. Sometimes the environment you find yourself in could introduce certain challenges. An individual can also inherit challenges orchestrated by our forebears.

Baby believers create mountains out of an anthill of challenges that come their way. They deliberately choose to dwell in the defeat and frustration of the so called problems

As a matured believer, you must know that whatever you may be going through is not unique. Baby Christians create an atmosphere of special challenge, making it look as if what has happened to them has never happened to anybody.

Some people claim ownership of sickness and drugs (my sickness or my drugs)

If you are on medication for whatever reason, do not claim ownership of such. Don’t make your challenge look more special than it is.

Don’t magnify your problem in such a way that people would have to suspend their activities to attend to your case and anybody who does not do that becomes your enemy

MEDITATION: I am not indebted to the devil by any means.

PRAYER:

1. I reject every accusation from the pit of hell in the name of Jesus

2. father may no sickness drag me to the point of claiming ownership of it in Jesus name
