PRAYING ALWAYS
THURSDAY 25TH AUGUST 2022
And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint. (Luke 18:1)
Praying always is a command that comes with rewards. God is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him”.
* Praying always gets the saints prepared for the second coming of our Lord Jesus.
* It guarantees continuous supply of the spirit of grace and truth. “For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ” (Philippians 1:19)
* It gives access to the peace of God that passes all human understanding. “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7)
* There is impartation upon the mind. It increases strength upon the mind and makes it sound. A sound mind is a fearless one. A mind not given to excuses; not cheaply and easily deceived.
MEDITATION:
The word of God is my strategy for deepening my intimacy with Christ.
PRAYER:
1. Jehovah Elohim, let your fire consume every spirit of prayerlessness in me in the mighty name of Jesus.
2. I decree that my life is hedged and sharpened by the power of the Holy Ghost in the name of Jesus.
