NO MORE IN BONDAGE
SATURDAY 3RD SEPTEMBER 2022
“But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children” (Isaiah 49:25)
Bondage is the state of being a slave or a prisoner, it is the condition of being another person’s slave, the state of one person being owned by another person as a piece of property.
Below are synonyms of bondage;
Enslavement, servitude, subjugation etc.
If you are a slave, you are prey. Whether you are a captive or a prey; the spirit of the word of deliverance is setting you free now.
Pharaoh turned the Israelites into slaves. May God never allow you to run to where you will be turned into a slave.
Various ways people enter into bondage;
* People enter into bondage through curses.
Curses are evil statements spoken with strong binding power over their victims.
*Through personal carelessness in the place of decision-making.
Some people marry someone they know too well that he/she will not bring them peace.
* Through evil inheritance from parents.
Proverbs 13:22 says “A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just”
I choose to go for only the good things my parents possess
“House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the LORD” (Proverbs 19:14)
MEDITATION:
Positive recognition creates room for a positive recommendation.
PRAYER:
1. Abba father, arise and deliver me from unfriendly friends who claim to care about me yet they are the cause of my problem in Jesus’s name
2. Lord, let every yoke of bondage over my career, marriage, ministry and finance be melted by fire in the name of Jesus
