And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die: and God will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land unto the land which he sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones from hence.( Genesis 50:24-25)
It is the cry for mercy concerning God’s own prophetic agenda that does not favour your generation. The prophetic agenda that falls in your own generation and it does not favour you. Genesis 49:8-10 “Judah, thou [art he] whom thy brethren shall praise: thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father’s children shall bow down before thee. Judah [is] a lion’s whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up? The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him [shall] the gathering of the people be”. He died in Egypt but the prophecy came to pass in David. Will you die without fulfillment? God is still patient because time has not reached.
MEDITATION: Am being confident in this very thing that he which has begun a good work in me will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.
PRAYER:
1. Lord I will not wait till the day the cup of my enemies, the Amorites be filled. Show me what to do for their cup to be filled now.
2. Let me not die without seeing the fulfillment of the great prophecy and great words upon my life.
