“And the sons of the prophets said unto Elisha, Behold now, the place where we dwell with thee is too strait for us. Let us go, we pray thee, unto Jordan, and take thence every man a beam, and let us make us a place there, where we may dwell. And he answered, Go ye” (2 Kings 6:1-2)
You need the ministry of the sons of the Prophet. The ministry of the sons of the Prophet is made up of people who are out to effect changes in the conditions around their prophet.
* It is the ministry that sees to the wellbeing of their Prophet.
* They are sharp seers into the needs of their man of God.
It is a ministry that is made up of aggressive and passionate helpers.
And there came a man from Baalshalisha and brought the man of God bread of the first fruits, twenty loaves of barley, and full ears of corn in the husk thereof. And he said, Give unto the people, that they may eat. (2kings 4:42) It is a ministry that embraces constant supply to their Man of God.
Under normal circumstances, sons of the Prophet don’t visit their Prophet empty-handed. Your Prophet is your profit.
MEDITATION:
I am operating on a high level of favour.
PRAYER:
1 Lord, sharpen the eyes of my understanding towards the need of my Prophet in Jesus’ name.
2. Abba father, grant me the grace not only to receive help but to also be a solution provider in Jesus’ name.
