CATEGORIES OF INGRATE

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, high minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. (KJV) 2 Timothy 3:1-5
1. Divine ingrate: these are people who are not thankful to God for what they enjoy from God. They show zero gratitude to divine rescue, divine support, divine help, and divine provision. Rescued from a background where people die untimely and you have crossed the limit. Every divine benevolence you enjoy give God praise
2. Biters: these are the people who bite the fingers that fed them. They easily fall into the error of saying evil about people who succor them. Prob. 17:13 who so rewarded evil for good evil shall not depart from his house. As your pastor, prophet stands in the gap for you they are feeding you spiritually.
3. Parasite: This ingrate feeds on its host and is never ready to give anything in return. May God detach us from such people. In Luke 17:15-16, the Samaritan leper didn’t show familiarity; quietly your answers shall come to you unknown to you. You will come back with evidence and answers to your prayers.
4. Strategic forgetters: these are ingrates who forget the benevolence they get from people cheaply. It is strategic because something has happened. Strategic help came instantly and they forget.
5. Those who take privilege for a right:
These categories of ingrate are foolish and dangerous. How can you take every help or support shown to you as a right? Even in church leadership, people take it as their right. It is a privileged responsibility of labour, sacrifice, and work.
MEDITATION:
I will be glad and rejoice in the Lord my salvation and trust in him and my heart shall glory
PRAYERS:
1. Lord, deliver me from every parasitic relationship that is about destroying my destiny in Jesus name.
2. Lord kill whatever makes me think I am familiar with my God, my church, and my man of God so that I might be blessed.
